Session 1 In this workshop, participants will recognize burnout in the behaviors of self and others; and build a toolbox to interrupt it. Topics covered will include the importance of connection, tools for conserving energy and managing workloads, and understanding healthy boundaries and how to set them effectively.

Session 2 Participants will learn how to cultivate self-compassion and challenge the cultural and personal conditioning that keeps us from sustainable work/life balance and overall well-being.
